Ingredients:
1 pound jumbo lump crab meat or lump
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon southwest spice blend
1/4 cup red bell pepper fine diced
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon finely chopped Italian parsley
1 large egg yolk
Juice of one lemon
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Cook and enjoy a mini taste tester patty to determine seasoning is perfect.
